1) Spend days in your "office" staying on the telephone until you have contacted each new claimant; mapping out all of their locations; recontacting them to schedule appointments. All the while you are checking your messages, trying to finish existing claims, returning calls, etc.

While you continue to wrap up your existing claims , your "virtual assistant" contacts the new ones; maps them out; recontacts them to schedule your daily appointments; sends you a map of tomorrow's appointments; checks your messages; follows up on calls; and does the initial administrative input.
